COOL! I liked the feel a lot.

Maybe some more sound near the edges, like engine or generator stuff?
...I think the lightning portal texture looks better as masked...

Something htat irked me was the amount of gray textures. I like em all, but there's too much variety, too many shades of gray. I guess i should phrase it like this, tehre's 3 types base of textures in here. SGTech, UTtech1, and Starship. This is just IMO, but i would eliminate one of those sets. I guess the two sg and UT tech go better together, but the starship texes are decorative like the great quakestuff...It has an original UT feel to it on the bottom level with that gorgeous concrete texture and the grates, but then the starship stuff and quake things seem a little out of place ... but they go with the general space theme too, and the skybox is good...I guess I'm rambling but it appears that you can't decide between two themes? I think both would work, but do some texture culling if you will.

I like the originality of Hells Well, this one is no different :)

As far as gameplay and bots go, i couldn't judge cuz my UT is still fuxx0rz3d ( did i just write that?) (I haven't done any editing or playing in a week in a half and it's starting to irritate me serverely.)

I see you had lots of fun with the 2d ed :)

Looking at the top view in the editor gave me a headache :stick:

I don't like unlit lighting surface in general, but i can see how it might be hard to light the starship and long string lites otherwise. I think the flares up on the top might look better if you could see them from any height in the map, but if they get annoyingly big u might have to use decoration UTFlare's

I'm sorry if this isn't very clear, but i liked the level.

but, I had a lot of fun with three bots in there.

The circular mover up top was FUN! I got some nice frags
by riding it around while using a Flak cannon and my favorite Biorifle.

It's too bad you had to remove the effect as it would be
more dramatic if it were more noticable. You couldn't even
put some translucent non-solids there for effect? :(

As was previously mentioned, I also noticed the bots getting
stuck in the center of the bottom (on the glass).
.
Just a couple of minor things I would recommend
be changed.
.
1st - ... I was able to "hang" indefinitely inside the the warp tube
by hugging the sides. (maybe that was your intention?)
I would change that zone's surface friction to zero
so there is no resistance on the sides for us to "hang onto".
.
2nd - ... I thought that another jump pad in the center,
(right above the armor vest) to kick you up into the warp tube
would have been nice. I noticed that there was a kicker
griffen head next to the player start up there but I it isn't
tagged to anything. :hmm:

All in all, a fun map and nice layout.

Thanks Chraysaor and Lxixgto! Thats some excellent feedback.
Alot of ideas you all have given me to improve it. A couple of them I had considered but wanted more feedback to make sure.
A close friend of mine told me I shouldnt make that rotating mover invisible and I've heard it hear as well-more than once now. Im going to play around with that tonight and keep an eye on the fps and stuff.
Alot of other good suggestions and tips as well.
Be back shortly with an updated version.......(Did I say shortly, well soon.....I hope)

Major update to the map.
Fixed "major issues" with bots behaving stupidly. Altered much
of the lighting. Fixed issue with invisible collision hull atop some of the upper ramps. Lots of texture swapping and culling.
Any feedback on the updated would be appreciated.
Not sure if shes ready for showcase or not.
Heres the latest file...

I may be able to help if its vid card related.

To be honest I thought about asking you for help, but I'm not sure if it works :) Sometimes i have no problems, and others it won't work atall.
