According to a tweet from Mark Rein of Epic Games, a PC demo for Bulletstorm is on the way.

Bulletstorm PC demo is in the works! Won't make it in time for ship date but should be available shortly after.

Good move, guys! First one to say "two weeks" gets a punch in the nose.

I'll really need convincing that this game is fun because I don't see repeated abuse of the same enemy as a skill attack, I see that as taking way too long to finish the job so I'd probably fail to score enough.
