I finally got around to shooting with my Grandfather's old Polaroid Land Camera. Fujifilm still makes peel apart film for it, so that was a pretty exciting discovery. Fun camera if you are looking for something new and different to pick up.

This shot is more of a bright daylight condition test shot.

Late last year I invested in a first DLSR camera for myself, because I wanted to see if I could get to a place where I make some decent pictures.
This last July, I went on a 9 day trip through the Canadian Rockies with my parents and a friend, and after practicing with the settings for months prior I took the camera with me, resulting in over 6300 pictures. Most of them are terrible or just flawed in a bad way, but some of them turned out nice.
I'm still working out the latter half of the photos taken, but I've but a bunch of good ones on Flickr (link in signature, too). Here's my favourite one of the trip.
