I think just drawing those eyes on isn't fun enough -- we should have 3D plastic attachments that look like eyes, and furthermore give off light and sound.

I think Vortex is confused about nipples because he belongs to a species whose eyes are physiologically located precisely where our nippies are. Gee, if that's the case, no wonder he's confused -- I'd be, too.

You have to send an order form by email to Zeta Reticuli. Unfortunately you'll need a big radio telescope dish to get the signal strength + focus and you have to wait 50 years for the reply (the alien dudes are of course more advanced than us (they have Unreal 3 already!) so they instantly teleport your alien t-shirt to you when they receive your signal).
The price is currently two Zetan Poulutis per t-shirt.
(A Poulutis is a 30 cm diameter circular coin made of pure belly lint, compressed into a solid structure.)
