Geez, looks like I have choosen the wrong words once again. Lemme explain this just a little more: The so called 'leader' is equal to the rest of the team during the games itself - it is just important to me that I have ONE player who takes care that the rest of his team knows whats going on (e.g. when to play,what maps etc.) ... it has almost no importance for the JB teams at all as we all check these forums on a regular basis - but it becomes even more important for the other clans (and it makes my life way easier) ... so this means that neiter I nor Trueblood do now automatically have the position to give orders or make plans for the team tactics that others have to follow ... once again: the so called "leader" (in the case of the JB teams) is the poor guy who get's whipped if something does not work out as planned (read = responsible for organization) ... if this is a problem for somebody, that one has the order to start a seperate voting thread to 'elect' a leader for each JB team.
