Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.
Ok boys and girls, even though new maps are on the way we dont have to keep playong the same maps over and over every night (the JB regulars anyway)
There are 59 maps (i think) and yet we play the same ones. The map vote shows what ones gets played most (see picture)
If you dont like certain levels like JB-Cavern or JB-Munity because you dont know them very well, THEN VOTE FOR IT AND PRACTICE !!!
BTW is the play count effected by bots playing alone online?

Bots don't play alone when no player is connected unless a player started a match and then left it. Even then, when the match has ended the server just "sleeps" until a player connects.
I am still waiting for BDB to fix mapvote (elimination mode is b00rked atm) ... hopefully this is happening soon, as I really can't stand playing the top 10 maps of that list anymore (even though these are great maps).
At that point mapvote kicks in and randomly chooses a map. The server starts that 'voted' map and then switches to 'sleep mode'.
I was wondering....after a game ends it shows the stats. Such as...

The defence thing puzzles me, i`ve found you need to be close to the button and get a frag to score 1 defence. Some levels the button is the worst place to sit and defend...is it possible to make a "Defence field" so being in the base would count as defence? (im trying to calm down my rampages in offence

thats always baffled me as well, i'd be sniping in the base and get no defence, sniping is defence, right?
Frags where the killer is close to the defended switch count as defense kills in Jailbreak III.
In Jailbreak 2003, either the killer or the victim must be in the vicinity of the switch for a frag to count as a defense kill; that makes sniping attackers from afar count as defense kills as well.

the only safe way to kill someone is with a sniper rifle from a long distance...and if the person you kill has a shock rifle and saw you at the last second..he/she will get you ... to keep you updated: We have had a very successful test tonight and so far there is just one small bugglet left in one of the maps that needs to be fixed.
