Yeah, very successful. Just a couple of very small issues and we're set to go.

a HA ! once again i have descovered a way save the team when llama!
Im sure you`ve seen sometimes the last player is llama, you kill it and for some strange reason someone gets out. Im not sure if its possible to stop this, i dont see anyway blocking it. Also im sure no one knows about it but if used right...it can let out the whole team

Won an arena fight or used a secondary escape, maybe? All a llama does is buying its team some time; there's no way killing a llama releases another player of that team.

If a server admin doesn't like the llama hunt, it's possible to deactivate it with an .ini setting.

I have thought about this, and its something different, i`ve PM`ed Sexmachine the full story. Also the bots switching/entering and leaving upsets the match

I remember that, I was on the red team and after the llama on the blue team was killed, a couple of people got freed from blue team, but there seemed to have been no arena match. I'm not sure if the map I was playing on have an another escape, because it only seems like a few maps do. I could always test it offline, I'm sure there was a command line to automatic make someone a llama right?

BTW, your discovering too many bugs TrueBlood ;) .

Bots enter, switch teams or leave only in order to even out the teams; so if anything it's the human players who join or leave in mid-game who "upset" the match.

I wrote the code; when a llama dies, it gets jailed. Nobody else is affected. Maybe the people in jail were having jail fights for a pastime; every time somebody dies in jail the "jailed players" counter is briefly changed.

How should that "a couple of people got freed" look like, anyway? Do they respawn in freedom? (If you want to test it, enter "mutate utjb llama <playername>" to make somebody a llama.)

Tested it a couple of times and the llama was jailed and the team locked down as they were suppose to be. There must have be another escape from jail on the map I was on, I was not looking to see if there were arena battles or I was just all confused all together. Arena battles only lets one person get out at a time and I don't remember anyone entering the game at that time, so it must be a hidden escape area then. If only I remember the exact map. I know about the counter changing if someone dies in jail, but the character's normal faces appear, showing that they were free. Forget it, I'm all confused  , maybe I was not seeing if there were any locked up players in the first place. I'll report again if something should happen next time.

BTW, how is Jailbreak for UT2k3 coming along?

FYI: I've decided to remove JBMadmen from the server ... so wave goodbye to the suicidal bots. :wavey:

Oh and we may do some more BETA testing (CustomMappack#3) tonight (at Universal Lockdown Time) so please don't get upset if you're unable to connect ... shouldn't take too long (~2hrs).
