I liked it too.....but only the exploding ammo. I didnt like it when you kill someone who has a shock rifle and then about 8 blasts hit you. That was very annoying, but it does keep you on your toes.

Which one, Volatile Ammo or Volatile Weapon?


Volatile Ammo makes a great difference with Rockets UT btw., because e.g. in Facing Worlds you can blow up almost the entire ammo supply with a single shot. It's even worse in CTF-FinalFace where the teleporters are replaced with warp zones and there are more weapon and ammo pickups in the bases.

I hope I get this thing done before Jailbreak 2k3 is released.

I agree or maybe I just did not know how to use it. Nice to see so many new players the last few days. Last night players could not get in again and that for a monday night, great.

OOOoooo the server was very laggy at the start. I think it was due to them new guys. Im starting to dislike these new guys, they come in swearing, and doing the same message 7 times.... you know

Who came blame them for being annoyed, they keep getting fragged by the best (JB Regulars).
They should take some time to learn the maps though before they shoot there mouth off, I just ignore people like that.
nOObs with genuine problems and questions are OK, at least they ask.

Both, the only time i think i noticed it was when i shot a plasma ball with the enforcer and it exploded.

Not all of them, there were some that enjoyed the game just as mutch as we did. I dislike the guys that go into the other teams jail to kill if someone gets in there. One time is okay but if they still do it after you ask nicely a few times, I get anoyed.

That was just a coincidence- thats not what volitale ammo and weapon do. Volitle ammo causes the ammo pickups to explode when shot, and the weapon one causes your weapon to discharge when you are killed.

Me for instance - as I wrote elsewhere - I enjoyed the 3 maps that I played in (even though the lag was a pain).

I did notice a lot of the "L@L" stuff that TrueBlood mentioned above - not normal I gather.

Sorry if I bumped any of the regular's during my stay on the server - as my ping rate is around 500+ it seems of little point rejoining for the lockdowns until I can get broadband into this house - which willn't happen in a hurry sadly.

So have fun and as the message of the day says on the JB server -

Hey Zappa...your a good type of new guy. You have introduced yourself.These 'Pests' that join are easy to spot a mile off and never seem to stay long for which im greatfull Im glad all you 'Regulars' keep the game enjoyable but we need a Judge! a big bad ass with a cool helmet and a deep voice.....

HAhaha i was thinking along the "Judge Dread" line but since no ones second name is Stalone......Sexmachine should do fine
