Sorry NT, but it seems I've poached two of the native Spanish-speaking people already. Just out of interest, why do you specifically need those numbers of people? Why not just make separate voice packs for each?

Because I think it would be annoying to hear the same friggin foreign voice over and over if mutiple ppl were using it. At least 2 actors will provide alittle variety.

I wanted a spanish speaker from either latin america or spain specifically. My spanish is a carribean form of spanish, hence the request.

Fist your voice pitch really has nothing to do with it. Send me a sample please to my email. PM me if your interested.

Fat Marrow I would more than willing to use you if your spanish isnt "gringo" sounding. Send me a sample please to me. PM me if your interested.

I plan to do a third voice pack if the first two work out ok. In it will be an italian voice pack ;) When you see the thread regarding this please reply to it. Until then sit tight... As for italians not being good fighters your full of it... One of the mightiest empires ever came from Italy... Dont forget that. :)

 Great, DarkBls.....

Two questions :

- What does BSMAT stand for ?
- CanardSauvage mentionned on VeGA forums that, for "tir fratricide", pilots from the armée de l'air used the shorter " frat' !". Does that apply to the ground troops as well ?
- As for"on dégage la zone" for "move", it seems to sound a bit too much of a "fall back" sentence. I'd have translated it with something like "on bouge!!" .... Right/wrong ?

About the short term "frat", I don't know. :hmm: I will ask about it. But I don't think it happend often anyway.
Well we can cut the words "la zone", so it will be "On degage!", pretty meaningful for me ;)

MMM, i don't know. "Dégage" has this "on s'en va" meaning, while "move" is more an order to go forward, at least as i understand it :hmm:

As Freons says. If we translate Move by "En avant" it is the same as "Go". THe real question is: When to say "Move". So I'll be able to provide a correct franch translation.

True, Darkbls, but that's how inf binds are. They're already set in stone, and all we can do is translate them accurately. I was always under the impression that it was more a matter of style..... "Go" and "Go go go" for yelling at the start of a round to get people moving, while "move" would be used alternatively with "Hold up" to make your team advance/stop on a moment's notice.

So my suggestions would be :

"Go go go" : "Allez, allez, allez", à moitié crié. Style, pour se donner du courage.
" Go" : "On bouge!"
"Move" : "En avant !". Sec, précis.

No FM I dont have another spanish actor yet. Could you post a sample here if you dont mind? If not just PM me ill give you my email.

Reaper those are great! They sound alittle too clear though. Also add some emotion to them. Imagine your in battle and you just waxed an enemy! Imagine the adrenaline, the emotions. Then say the phrase. Try closing your eyes. Just a few suggestions. But the voice is right on. Your hired. ;)
