I think UT:Conquest would indeed be too obvious/would draw to much attention to Conquest (there's still the chance that Conquest will fail). So go with Warfare =)
(Yes, I would also drop the "Tournament" because many people have bad memories concerning UT200x so a fresh start might not be bad afterall)

I think that because of all the characters, weapons and players, it will probably be called "Tournament".
And lets not forget that this is an Unreal game, so the chances are that it will have the word "Unreal" in it.
