Dumb Sex Laws........

Well it's a long and costly process to have laws repealed. To have each and everyone of those laws repealed would cost in the millions for all the research, paying the lawyers, changing the law books etc etc. What's the point, just leave em there and don't enforce them. I think that's the logic behind it.

Most of the laws ARE real, they just arent enforced, lots of them are antiquated, written in the 1700-1800's at a time when the Victorian era was in full swing, and such "atrocious acts" were dimly viewed.
Most of these laws, are socially and morally obsolete nowadays, but the fact that there havent been any recent cases where these laws were put to use, causing a rewrite, or repeal of the laws, leaves them still on the state law books. There are laws regarding where youc and park your carriages and horses here int he city where i live, and i dont think anyone has seen a horse, let alone a horse drawn carriage on the streets in at least 100 years, but the laws remain.

Thats why i posted it, i thought it was too ridiculous to be true, but sadly, they were real laws, which is why its so humorous I was told by a law enforcement official that most if not all these laws, in the last 10 years were repealed, the legal systems have really been cracking down on getting BS stuff like this off the legal books, but it still is scary that as little as 10 years ago you 'might' have been arrested and charged for buggering your girlfriend, LOL

Incidentally, i live in Ohio, and my girlfriend is going to be quite surprised to find out that the oral sex and anal intercourse thats already happened, by Ohio law, implies we are deviant and should be arrested

I know exactly what you're saying. We're slowly working our way to a world in which there is no discrimination based on sexual preferences whatsoever. I expect that after gays will come the zoophiles, followed by rapists and pedophiles and such. All I'm saying is that in our state of progression, it is not yet our time to see people attracted to animals be widely accepted, and so I think it should be expected that such a thing should be outlawed right now.

Actually no. The sex toys laws aren't more than 100 years old. I think it was Georgia (I could be wrong) that just had a bill in their legislature to ban "genital mutilation" for females. This means no piercings. I don't know if that one passed.

You'll find that most, if not all of these laws started off as suggestions by idiot representatives who wanted to brag about upholding values come election time. The amount of time wasted by representatives and senators putting forward bills that are so far outside the realm of plausbility just so they can say they made an effort when election time comes along is ludicrous.

There should be a law against wasting peoples' time and money like that.

Are you saying there are no rape or child porno sites that aren't widely accepted? Those are just two of the sexual dispositions that I think are on the line towards being accepted in the distant future is all I'm saying. Many animals have quite good ways to show dissagreement, biting, scratching or kicking should get the point across. Other animals can flee (or attempt to flee). If you see a dog humping a woman I think you can assume agreement. No, I don't have personal experience.
