An awesome 'driving' song by a criminally unknown band. They have other really great songs that need to be heard like "The Anti-SuperHero", "Vampires in the Church" and "Jet Plane to Heaven".

Sempiternal Deathreign - "Devastating Empire Towards Humanity"
Very early Doom-Death. The music is incredible, but the vocals can't quite match up to them. They are just a bit too scruffy and not growly enough for my taste. They are quite servicable though, and don't detract that much overall. The vocals aren't all that prevalent on this track though, They don't even show up until the 4:23 mark!
The song title for this track and the band name are just over the top although they can't beat Demilich for totally obscure song titles. The song length is all over the board here though. This track edges over 10 min and the album opener is close to 9 minutes itself but the remaining four are split almost evenly between roughly two minute songs and 5/6 minute songs.

One of my really good friends that I work with was in a band, and SD opened for them back in the day. He still knows Mike Ness well enough to hang out with him when they are on tour. (which I'd love to see them in Austin)
