By the way there are 3 active Infiltration multiplayer servers (2013-07-12):
Infiltration CE (published on official Infiltration site) is needed to join this one:

• 
  Inf 2.9 CE server: (there are bots on the server)
  75.178.9.14:7777

Infiltration CE 2011 (published by soultaker007) is needed to join these:

• 
  XploD2 Co-Op (you also must have Unreal Gold singleplayer maps installed)
  81.169.152.68:8888
  
• XploD TDM (there are no bots on the server)
  81.169.152.68:7777

Please note that 2011 and 2013 version work only on Windows.

To answer your question Infiltration CE 2011 is unofficial version published by soultaker007
some time before he released Infiltration CE 2013.

I will join in and play on my server with or against people if I happen to see the switch going crazy with data. You can also always try actually messaging me and setting up a game. Icarus plays on my server from time to time and I enjoy playing with him. I do have bots so there is some challenge, and they are turned up a bit in skill.

As for downloading, if you are connecting to my official 2.9 CE server, I do not know what you are downloading. I cannot run the 2011 stuff because whoever made it wrote some native (C or C++) code that was only ever compiled on Windows. Most servers are run on Linux boxes and mine is no exception.

I have some problems with INF for some time now. When I'll found a way to fix it, I'll be glad to play that game again. It's still my favorite FPS game with best online community.
