BU Poll! Epic's Next Unreal Game?

Yeah, I know, UT3 just hit the shelves a few months ago, but there's no harm in looking forward. Which Unreal game would you like to see next in line for development?

Will Gears of War consume Epic's singleplayer agenda or will we see a true Unreal singleplayer experience once again? An Unreal title would definitely allow Epic to change up the standard formula a bit in regards to multiplayer and it would be a great chance to flesh out the many gaps in the series' history.

A new Unreal Tournament might address the desires that many have for UT3. Assuming it would be on the same basic engine, more time could be spent fine tuning and developing content and less time on developing technology.

Well we know the engine can produce good looking stuff and the single player UE3 titles have all done pretty well... so it'd be nice seeing a new Unreal title.

I think they should make a true Unreal single player sequel, then drop the Unreal series for a while. Work on Gears 2, maybe create a new franchise.

I was thinking like, your in a military ship, and you guys recieved some transmission between skaarj of a new plan against earth... the skarj discover you know, then chase your military ship, which is forced to crash onto a recently charted map on the eedge of the galaxy...na pali!

Hmm, probably Unreal 3. A true sequel. No heavily armoured megaton men. Swift and quick movement. A genuine unreal feel! Colours! Unreal had such a surrealistic feel.

I wouldn't mind vehicles, I guess. But only if they'd be put to a very minimal use. F.e. remember the bits in Operation napali? Something similar to that.

Huge maps. Rich environments. Skaarj with similar looks to the original version. They're very badass in Unreal 1. Imho.

In touch with the roots of the unreal universe, but naturally no carbon copy of the old game because that would be silly. The smooth and wonderfull feel of old Unreal, but up to date with what today's gaming audience desire hmmm... times sure have changed. Would it be possible...

Oh yeah, and dragons this time ;-)

I don't mind the big armored dudes, but seriously, give me back my ****ing Hitscan game where Rockets and Flaks were harder to handle and so were your enemies.

OOOooo! I LOVE intertwining story lines. Reminds me a lot of Half-life and Opposing Force. It was really cool seeing parts you went through in HL cameoed in OF.
