Do you mean ride a bike into space, or ride a bike while in space? Because I would think quite a few people have ridden an exercise bike in space while on the space station, etc.

A new vehicle

I personally enjoy unicycles. A unicycular orbit around the ISS would be nice.

Either that or a ride around the ISS in a riding lawnmower. But due to rotational dynamics in a frictionless environment, I'm not sure what would stop the vehicle from constantly spinning around on its own axis.

It would be fun, nonetheless.
