Here's a CTD bug report. Maybe someone else could duplicate it to confirm?
Playing INVASION gametype. I believe that while I was playing the COD mut that I had the NOT DEAD YET perk selected. When I got to a health of "6" I went prone, and then when I reached 0 the game CTD. Here's the report:
