getting more new players

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

Nice,
maybe you could add more link, like this forum (as support), maps (combat maps), Dons blog, etc
and why not a "getting started" link to that thread Keggy or KW (dont remember) did for new players.

Hi. This is a run-on sentence.

Also, since when did INF have clips?

I like taking poop poo's. I enjoy it in the daylight hours here on Earth. Also, I'm really too overqualified to participate in this thread.

Lacking Pre UT history. (unreal 1)

UT is called UT, not UT99.

A detailled version history would be nice (history of all releases with notable features). This with dates and all.

Why not put the armory in there.

A few screenshots could be nice.

Parallel developpements (mods of the mods).

Game modes and their evolution. (From UT game modes to TAS, DTAS, EAS, Specialist, etc.).

More about the developers.

Saying that the project was cancelled is one thing, but it should be specified more clearly why.

In the presentation, lack of emphasis on key INF strong points. Free aim is an example. Saying how INF was a predecessor in it's kind would also be important.

Well I wouldn't mind filling you in, but that would take time, thing I don't have much.

BUt you know, it's a wiki. you are not supposed to write in it alone. So instead of filling you in, when I have the time, i'll got add it myself! And if someone else did it by then, then so be it, I won't have to do it. That the point of a wiki...

i read a post in weed forum about getting new players and i found a way of getting them

many old timers of inf dont have a clue that theires still people playing inf, dtas, tdm with new weapons.

i was thinkin we could post screenshots regulary of the games

but i have no idea which websites our target visit

or maybe emailing for the old timers
get a chain of mails

I still check these forums once in a bluemoon and like crackwhore said " the answer would be no".

Most of the old timers enjoyed 2.86 and before versions. Now if a new version came out...I'm sure there would be alot of people returning to check it out....
