In the US if someone breaks into your house killing them is considered self defense, and a jury would most certainly agree as such. You are protecting yourself.
No, that's only in certain states.

wow, that story was a complete let down.
you need to tell us what happened during your encounter.
did he just leave? only taking what was in his hands?
did the two of you engage in martial combat?
did you kick his ass, get most of your stuff back, and send him home crying?
what's the dilly yo?
I don't really care if you can get away with doing it, I'm just saying its a pretty dick move bro.In the US if someone breaks into your house killing them is considered self defense, and a jury would most certainly agree as such. You are protecting yourself.
killing someone over 20 bux some **** and an ipod seems like a pretty ****ty thing to do.
They do, especially if you ramp the pressure up to 400+ fps (pb fields limit to 280 I think)I might buy a paintball gun. I am told paintballs hurt REALLY hard.
Please, please do not shoot an intruder with a paintball. It hurts, but not really that bad. Snap yourself pretty hard with rubberband and that's it. If someone shot me with a paintball gun I would be less likely to leave and more likely to punch them repeatedly and I'm not a violent person.

That is when you want the airsoftshoot them in the fingers, bloody hell getting hit in the hands was always the worst.
just put a big sign that says "Beware of (GR)Killer" outside your house. I think that'd work.
But then they would print 'Ragin' at vid games LoL" under it. I would feel anger rising, i have not raged at video games in forever now.
I live in New York state though, so I may have to eat some part of the intruder to get off on insanity so I can get back and see my kids before they've grown up.
