Uploading all the above links to ut-files.com.
Did not have time to cross reference if they was already on the site, so I put them in a directory called filefront. This way you guys can easily see if a link has already been added, though I would suggest using the search feature to make sure.
When I get some more time, I'll go through and categorize them. Post more links, I'll check this thread daily.
If 48 people of this forum buy a 1TB hard drive, we can get everything from FileFront. Then, if a user requests a file, people look it up off their 1TB hard disk and upload it to a temporary host, or a more permanent one if possible (Though with FF going down, I doubt that will even exist after :/)
Downloading 48TB on an OC-3 connection (150Mbps) would take over 700 hours, there are only 720 hours in a month. I'm not sure what kind of connection Filefront has, but most of my downloads was only going around the 200 KB/sec range and I'm good for 700 KB/sec. I don't think its physically possible for Filefront to move 48TB of files over a network, in only 4 days.
They would need something faster than an OC-12 connection (622Mbps) which is possible, but very unlikely.
Although I do realize all the files aren't stored on the same "end node" and I'd be willing to bet it's part of some kind of cluster/multiple server setup. So it's very possible they could have 6+ 100Mbps connections to each server, just very unlikely. I only know this because I, for a second, thought maybe I could host Filefront. Ok..so I didn't really think I could, but I questioned what it would take to host such a site.
