Ok I had a look and that is intentional and part of the code.
When the player Dog enters your server he will receive the 'dog' sound also instead of the 'hello' sound.
If the Triggername 'dog' was allowed, the sound would play everytime the player Dog typed a message.
Dog: This is my message you dog
or
Dog: dog
Zound does not know which Dog is which so it skips both.
