Well, if you really dont get that much teamwork goin on so that you actually lose both deploys in your own base without being able to hack one deploy in the opposing base - thats quite sad. Since Helltube is some kind of a "lets switch to some more fast action" map its meant to be this way. So your team can either win by getting all artifacts, all energy sources or all deploys (so you can achieve the goal of getting all artifacts). :)
That being said, I agree with you that having no place to spawn at all is pretty much annoying. But if your team is not able to defend those deploys, that by the way are almost too easy to defend, you should either just switch the map or hope your team will be able to defend these godforsaken spawns the next round. :)
This map isnt intended to be played with like 10+ players anyway. So usually you will never lose both deploys. It would take a hell lotta people to swarm your base and survive in there to hack them.
In my opinion its just a fun aspect of this small map. Like something you have to keep an eye on whilst hacking generators and stealing artifacts...

And finally to answer your question. Yes, I have. I played Battlefield 1942 for quite a while, so I know what its like to have no place to spawn at. ;)
The simple way of not getting into this situation is not letting it come so far. ;)

why not making an not-hackable deploypoint an very long distance away from the 'core of the map'.

Ah, the joys of "it's supposed to play like ...". It rarely ever does. People always find ways to exploit the map. I used to run XMP-SiroccoSummits because it was different and fun, but it had all deploys hackable (granted, there was only 1 per team) and 90% of the games had both get hacked.
So people will find a way. Once you start losing you can get overwhelmed easily.
