XFire UT2004 Demo Support

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

XFire, the gaming instant messenger program, has added support for the UT2004 demo.

For anyone not fully acquainted with it, XFire is a cross-game buddy list program that lets you see when and what your friends and/or clanmates are playing, so you can join their game.

Sorry, maest, I hadn't seen your thread in OT before posting the news item. I was browsing around, went to xfire.com and noticed they support the demo. :)

oh no problem. I'm glad it's getting a little publicity. It's a nice little program that does what it's supposed to. If anyone does give it a try, post the nick you registered here.
