And on that note does anyone know of a mutator (not the species one) that lets you choose the Amount of Health everyone has, but its the starting amount and it can't go up ex: you spawn in with 300 and can't get any higher!

Try the Excessive mod, it lets you mess around with life and sheilds, although you may be stuck with certain weapons, can't remember, haven't played it since my PC had a meltdown.

Ordinary Gen Mo'Kai is like a small-size dinosaur with low-tech equipments.
However, he is like a large-size dinosaur with high-tech equipments.
(He equips even energy-shields.)

However, I will set his "defense" high. (It will be "0.6". "Juggernauts" is "0.7". Damage is 40% OFF.)
He has both of "Gen Mo'Kai"'s speed and "Juggernauts"'s defense.

Dude if you'd feel like it i would love that!! also in the config part you could chose the health for the match!! Also just saying if you get hit using health packs and stuff would increse your health to the chosen amount at beginning of match!
