It gets easier to deal with once you begin working under the assumption that there will be no NC3. If a miracle happens and NC3 does come out, then it will be a pleasant surprise.

Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

These guys are working on it... believe me, there is more involved with putting this stuff together than you might think. I am sure it will be worth the wait. In the meantime, we have tried to put together a place to upload maps and make them available for the public until the real deal is ready. We currently only take CTF maps through our automated upload systems, but there are other methods in place for non-CTF maps. This should hold you over until NC3 is launched.

there are several other options for hosting like level4you.com, individual uploading to fileplanet, asking certain PU sites to do it manually, and sunspire codex.
but if we did have an ftp with public download capabilties, it would be a nice way for people to log on and just download the new maps

To upload maps..
If it's a CTF map, just goto www.stealthdp.com and click the Submit Maps link on the left..directions follow and let you know what to do. Once uploaded, it will be immediately available for download, and a screenshot will be in placed in the "CTF Maps" browser relatively soon after. Some rare cases haven't been able to upload..if you have trouble uploading, email MadMikey and he'll probably help get things straightened out.
If it's a non-CTF map, check this thread for instructions. Non-CTF isn't automated yet because, well, the Playground is CTF and the admins are working on other stuff for the time being.
And when you come by..vote for the map rotation! Then head on in for a few rounds..
