You know, a lot of server admins have depended on NaliCity in the past, as THE place to get new maps for their servers.

You guys have posted maps 1 time since October 17th. That's pathetic.

I know, you got booted from PU. OK.

Yeah, you have NC3 (?) coming out soon. Who cares?!?

Where are the damn maps? I'm sure that map makers don't like their maps sitting in limbo, going unused.

Also, we don't care about your girlfriends or what you had for dinner last night. We want maps and reviews. Isn't that what this site was supposed to be about?

listen n00b, these admins are here trying to make our lives better by working on nc3 instead of your damn map review. I've been waiting longer for them to review my map. Don't come marching in here causing a scene when you have no clue what they are doing.

the lack of updates means they are busy, and those wack updates are the suspence of nc3. i've been passing time foruming. You will have to wait, just like all the rest of these peeps.

and are you sure they got booted from PU. It was a good because now our home it BU that want's to make nc3 actually happen!!! PU has the absolute worst downloading thing going on. Now i hear we are getting File Ring back, something we couldn't have at PU.

While NC3 would be a good thing, especially without the FilePlanet download nightmare, I think a few map updates along the way would be cool. I do not really care about reviews, would just like to see some new material...

d00dz, dont you see it, he wants a new map, cant be so hard can it ?

well, you go to c:\ut\system and there you open the file unrealed.exe
once its open, search the button on the left side wich has a cube on it, leftclick it, now you see a cube, now hit substract, its on the left side, small buttons with 2 squares on it,
now you tae the top menu, and you take view > actor class browser or something, you open navigation points, and you leftclick on playerstart, now you go in 3d, and you hoit the floor, and rightclick it, and you choose add playerstart here
now in the top toolbar, take the button wich has a cube and a lamp on it, hit it, now top menu, and save the map

start up ut, open the map, and then type in the console addbots 1337

now there you go, a 1337 new map, wich ownz everything, and you didnt even need NC for that, isnt that cool ?

Just because I have one post, doesn't mean I'm a n00b. Been playing the game since the demo AND happen to help run one of the more popular CTF (MOD) servers around.

Some people make maps. Some people run servers. Those who CAN'T make good maps shouldn't make any maps at all.

I fall into the latter catetory. No creative talent, only technical. That's why I need a place to get maps.

Pretty simple when you think about it, isn't it.

It's a tough definition to live by but that's life. I'm sure you had a point to make, but just remember that the poeple in this thread got cranky at you because you came in here with a cranky first post.

You may or may not be a real newbie, but an angry newbie is never respected and we retaliate in spades and we don't care what you think of us. Try posting this thread again and be nice and I'll tell you what's up with NC3.
