JB is a mod. There are no multiple mods, just one. mod stands for modification, which can add things to UT2004. This mod adds the gametype JB to UT2004, allowing you to play the best mod ever
The atari forums are different from the Beyond Unreal forums. You need to make an account on their forum in order to post there. This works the same as with the BU forums. You only have to do the same on their forum

There is no need to stay at beyondunreal forums if you are just looking for mods and anything related to that. It's a long story why that is, but you'll be just fine at atari.
