What weapon you'd REALLY want...

I was wondering... if you had the power to make a weapon that does anything, what would it be called, how dangerous would it be, would it be a superweapon, and what would it's firemodes be?

I'd have this little big punchpacker ;

Soulplucker - Supermegaultraludimonsterweapon.

Primary fire : Fires a large grim-looking projectile that instantly kills the target. Doesn't home, but oh well.

Secondary fire : With a flash of light, everyone dies.
