What Kind of Bug is THis?

One of the images is the fmas in aim mode the other in hip mode.

What kind of but is this?
I have it on my famas, and sometimes a similiar effect for the m16 and xm8 where the weapon goes out of aim mode after you fire in a weird way. Unfourtenetly i couldnt get screen shots of th tyet because of the speed of the effect.
