Hello I have a simple question but I ask that ya still bare with me, because as I ask one question I have a tendancy to ask other questions as well, here we go.
1) What program is used to make models and skins for unreal 2004?
2) Where can I find the program? is it on the cd?
3) also one i get the program where would i be able to find some tutorials to use it or is it a pretty straight forward program?
