not to sound rude, but it needs a little work.. due to the fact i have OODLES (yes thats right i said oodles) of time i went ahead and redesigned it a little to show you what i mean..
now i applaud your efforts and i think it can be really promising, but unless it looks good it wont work quite so well so here are a few pointers.
first, u need a linker (an area with ALL the links so people dont use the BACK button)
next, you need to use tables that align properly.. centering things usually helps but not always.
another thing is that you have your images as links to themselves..
also, wen you go to add links to either downloads, or to other websites, you SHOULD have descriptions available for each link as many may not want to go looking at something they dont need to.
as i said.. it looks promising, you have all the things you need but its a little messy, here is the version i kinda did to show you what it could look like
