Very Weird Background And Game Mode...

Hmm. This is a weird problem. It seems weird, but after I downloaded Infiltiration (manual ZIP) I tried installing it, not getting the maps first and this is what I was greeted with...

I don't think it should be like this... If anyone knows why, please tell me.
