i've sent the low poly mesh to vailias, he will rig and uv him again. It's gonna be fun skinning him

no. That was a script called death animation. UT2k4 uses ragdoll deaths unless the system can't handle the physics.

Judging by your avatar he has "bands" on his hands and feet. Will these be there or will they get in the way?

You might want to try a "pen0r shot" then. Head will be pretty useless to shot at now..
