UT2k7 on Nintendo Revolution

ok, nice flames boys but it doesnt help the topic...in all seriousness though i hightly doubt that ut07 would be on the next nintendo system for 2 major reasons. 1. being that i dont know if nintendo would nessesarialy like the idea of a "blow as much sh!t up as you can" game on there console, they for the most part like to stay away from those types of games, but thats not my main concern cause you never know what may happen with gaming titles. but my real concern is 2. i dont belive that nintendos new system could handle the game. the hardware on the new nintendo wont be anywhere near as powerfull as ps3 or x360, nintendo is trying to release a system that will cost about $200...unlike the ps3 and x360 that cost a good $500....nintendos main objective for there new system is to make a more afordable system since most peeps dont want to drop a good $700+ on a new gaming console (console+games+controlers+all the other sh!t they make you buy) so obviously the hardware isent going to be as strong as the ps3 or x360. so im not sure if the hardware will be strong enough to run such a game, im not saying it cant...im just saying im not sure if it can. but we will have to see to find out

it should not, and will not happen...that controller would be to hard to aim with, plus your arm would get tired.... and im starting to doubt the Rev could even play UT 2007

i agree, playing UT is so much more convienent on a computer then on a console anyway. plus i am so use to the UT controls on the computer, i couldn't adjust to a console, and also....on the nintendo revolution? i doubt it will happen and i don't think its a good idea, they should then stay to what they do best in their quote,

"Kid Friendly Games"

Graphics sell games and that's all that matters in the console world.

Tell that to ppl playing nintendogs on the Game Boy instead of something flashy on the PSP's vastly superior graphics.

handhelds are a different beast. I think 2D on a handheld device is more about nostalgia, because new IPs on the GBA for example don't sell nearly as well as sequels to already established series'.

It's kind of a fluke, I've been trying to figure out what it is. A person is more than likely not going to buy a 2D game for their PC or consoles, but is more than willing to for their handheld...

fps games for consoles are usually slower paced or sped up diferently wich UC2 is a great example of. And UC2 I like, UC I don't.

I can't imagin a fastpaced game like UT to be on a console.

And about taht new Revolutionairy controller, I dunno, I wouldn't like to end up with 60 plugs so I can optimally play my games. And I don't wanna know what kind of addon you'd get with taht controller for a game like Airline 69 or Leisure Larry .
But I do think the new controller and the new machine will be a nice partyconsole again, but gimmi an XboX 360 anytime .

Shutup! Mario OWNS you... well, no just kidding. I hate handhelds and I hate FPS games on consoles, stick to PC. I think revolution can handle UT2007 though.
