Im looking for an stantalone UT script decompiler.

Im working on a software project that needs to decompile some Inf mutators, the problem with "Ucc Batchexport" is that requires Inf core package files (like INF_Core.u) to be present in UT/System while they are in UT/Infiltration/System, i even tried to "Dos" Path=c:\ut\infiltration\system but ucc still can't find them.
    Thx.

    Thx Neabit,
In fact i work on a loadout editor that doesn't need to be updated (the InfSpy problem...) by scanning all INT then Classes (with command line decompilation) to find the ItemID for each item types. Project just started and im not sure finish it a day :)
Whatever UCC still the easier way.
