Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.
I wanted to make a fire texture using the blood pallette (ex. a blood splat) that was in the pallette.utx package, but its background color is cyan. Is there a way to make the cyan color trasparent?
Yes there is. as you probably might have done, make a sheet and apply the pallete texture. Then select that surfaces properties, and click on "Modulated" in the FLAGS tab. It should make the cyan color completely invisible, if not transparent.

Yesterday I was checking out a map I made that had some of these decals, and I forgot to tell you that the surface properties must also have Unlit checked on. I dont know why, but that make them absorb the surrounding environment light, and it looks very decent.
