For French speakers who are looking for French language tutorials in UnrealEd, the guys at Passion3D have stepped up and unveiled their new section on working with UnrealEd4 for UT3. They're VTMs similar to the ones produced by 3DBuzz, and so they should help out greatly if you're a native French speaker who is having trouble following the English VTMs.
