I'd also like to see them make it easier to build maps with the Unreal Editor. The file structure--the folder structure in UT3--was a nightmare. In contrast if you look at UT99 and UT 2004 it is very straightforward. Maps simply go into the Maps folder, textures go into the Texture folder, etc. I didn't like the "cooking" process either; it was never necessary to do that with the previous editors. To me it felt gummed up. This is an important issue because custom content and the ease of creating custom content is central to the essence of Unreal Tournament, IMHO.

Yes.

Also, my C drive is full.

Actually, the idea of having your maps in the My Documents folder does lead towards better access, since Vista/7 is rather strict about what you can and can't remove from the main UT3 maps directory without that annoying UAC popping up. On top of that, you could wind up accidentally removing a necessary map from Epic themselves, and that won't sit well.

EDIT: Wow, 300 posts...would've made a perfect score in bowling, and wish frag limits would reach that high. :D

Proper Linux support and I'll buy it.
Preferebly: Unreal 3 with good SP/Coop campaign (none of that UT3/gow: gaarr imma tafgai! imma kiil yoo!, shait.) and only one MP mode: XMP2. (fans would mod the simpler gt's).

and I hope that they make a game instead of a techdemo.

- something that checks for horrible UI designs and murders whoever is responsible
- dedicated server package included by default
- day 1 linux support for both servers and clients
- make unreal tournament 3.5 (like UT2004 was to UT2003) and market it like crazy so everyone comes back

i miss having fun playing an fps online :3
