Hey everyone, ill explain my issue best I can. For the past week I have been working on a level for multiplayer through deus ex. Now I want to add custom stuff so I followed tacks tutorial for adding custom packages. When I got to the part where you type ucc make in msdos and got an error so I undid aall the changes I made to folders and files. Today I opened my level and nothing was in it, it was still saved but it was like a blank map, please help.

A mapping tutorial that involves "UCC Make"? Link please, because I think you are following a tutorial for something else.

I realize this is old and he's probably not coming back, but ...

When mapping, you should only ever need to use UCC Make if you wanted to import new meshes for lights and such. To add new textures, you can create new texture packages and import textures through UnrealEd's Texture Browser directly.

Is this the kind of thing you're trying to do?
