Most of those are actually UT2 vids. If you really want to see the game in action and you have a fast connection, get 'em. The quality is pretty poor, and other than actually seeing a few maps and weapons and some AI stuff... there isn't much to them.

If you do download them... you can safely skip the GIGA games.zip. It's just a bunch of guys screaming "GIGA games!".

Having said all that, I did enjoy watching the game being played and seeing a few things in action that I'd only seen in screen shots.
