OMG ive jus found out im a lvery low skill player...i thought i was like mid-skilled but in this mirc channel (ut.duell on qnet) i played mid-skilled players and lost 30-0. I play the low skilled and they still beat me. I havent won a game on their yet

I went through the same thing in UT99...Didn't play the game again for months.
Ahem...Anyway...Tourneys with prizes attract the best players, so it's normal that it seems like you're a bad player. Don't worry about it: it's all relative. Keep it up and you'll do better. I suggest you stay away from the tourneys until at least you can beat godlike bots.
Oh, and a couple hints from what I've seen in your match against Raffi in Antalus:
1. Practice your dodges more. Start an offline match without bots and dodgejump everywhere. The longer you'll keep up this routine, the better you'll become at doing this on instinct
2. Timing. The keg and super shield respawn 55 seconds after they're taken. Make sure you're around when they come back.
I got the shield time now and ive wrote all the times in a match it will spawn...

The first time it spawns, you grab it right away and start counting, but after 55 seconds you're not near the shield because you're in a fight somewhere else. Then someone else grabs it, after it has been there for X seconds. now your writen down times won't apply anymore.
Better way to do it is to either listen for it being grabbed or grab it yourself and then take a peek at the ingame timer (upper left corner) take 55 secs of that time and you know when it will spawn again.

In a 1v1 only one of 2 can take it and i make my way to the shield 10 secs b4 it respawns & then continue the fight...atm tho those ghey pros are shootin down lots of balls and then comboin the ones near me..i say "lame ass use the beam" and they dont listen

You make your way there while you are getting owned by the lowest players on the rankings...how exactly? My guess, you ride a wave of big blue explosions and then realize your gibs won't pick up the shield.
Maybe it's the music you play that flushes your skills...

I watched the Raffi vs. Dird demos and he sucks even more than I do! I want to see Dird vs. Bee. Bee could be stoned and proably have a flawless game!

You can't start at the top, amigo! You do okay, and you'll get better with practice. Despite being an over-the-top fps, ut2k4 is a game of subtlety and tactics.
