Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

I could be wrong because it's been a while I've played RTNP.
What I did play a lot, for a couple of years, was UTNLP. That's a conversion of RTNP for UT Co-op. (extra monsters etc...)

RTNP is pretty mediocre. Also developed by Legend.
I'm sure we'll see an Unreal 3 sometime in the future as Mark Rein has already expressed interest in it.
