Install xfire, install u2xmp, and play. http://www.xmpcommunity.com/
Later on add the master server update if you don't like xfire. Just keep in mind xfire is one way of keeping track when people are playing. It's still a blast, come back and play.

U2XMP.. I guess the people prefer the ut2004 version UTxmp.. with bot support... and a better editor... for a more popular game.

Played a bit of XMP way back when the demo came out. Then people started practicing more and my slow rig and I became a detriment to my team.

Could be fun if I had a chance of being of any use.
