Trouble changing gametypes

Now Im having trouble switching from gametype to gametype. It works fine if I force the gametype, but if someone just votes for a gametype, it doesnt switch to the default map for that gametype, wich is fine. This is what was happening. This is all being done in non-admin.

Default game ONS voted for VCTF switched fine

In VCTF voted for CTF switched fine

In CTF voted for TDM got the CTF MapList to choose next map for TDM that I just picked. Couldnt vote on a map wouldnt click (was CTF maplist anyways), timed out it switched to random TDM Map.

In TDM switch to AS switched fine

In AS switch to DM, same thing got the AS maplist, couldnt vote for map, timed out it switched to random DM map.

Once I vote for a gametype & it give me a bad maplist, I can no longer login as admin & force a gametype or vote for a map.

Ive gone through this over & over and I must be overlooking something. I set another server up this weekend using ut2vote49 and not 1 problem. This one has me totally stumped.

Could someone please take a look at my .ini's & tell me what Im overlooking please?

Just a few items to try.
Firstly try not to make the DefaultMap in the GameTypes other than original vanilla maps like DM-Antalus, CTF-Chrome, ONS-Torlan etc etc.
Often a mapper will try and add something to his map which gets totally screwed up even though the map works great.
The other item you can try is clear the GameStats - make it
ServerLine=?GameStats=False
There are several games that dont like GameStats and wierd things happen.
Otherwise your ini files are fine.
