translocator game types?

OK, so I just noticed that the xloc is only in CTF and the new Domination mod in classic domination mode and disguised as a hoverboard in VCTF and Warfare. Is this correct? Is there anything I can do to get the xloc offline (instant action) in DM and TDM at all without a mod or mutator?

Probably could just summon it, as always. There might also be an option to turn it on before you start the match, I'm not sure.

MapMixer has an option for it, there's also a pack of mutators called Newtators which includes one for that.

There's also an xloc mutator of some sort out there, but I really didn't want to install something just for this. Anyone know of something I can add to the INI files that would do this?

Is it really so bad to just install a little mutator?

I'm just making sure it can't be done another way first. I'm in no hurry as I'm in the middle of playing Unreal and I still haven't finished configuring my new computer for other stuff (all music/pics/videos still on old computer, etc.)
