Yep, I've been there. No offence, but I prefer the original English site, regardless of the German site's quality. I even spend the extra money to get the imported UK or US versions of games.
Also I prefer an international audience on a message board. IMO the majority of people on German gaming message boards are kind of lame.

The forum nearly died... yes.
That was the reason, why I decided to do some PR for it. And now it is far better.
Lots of ideas and lots of people.
