Now this is without any humor from my part for a change. I'm taking this seriously. But I saw myself those "men in black" with hats and without any sort of hair. I started talking about the sights of "hatman" etc continuously in 2013, but not long after I saw that it was more than just one and perhaps the shadow appearance of hatman and link with shadow people was failed experimentation of dimension travel or it was simply a fear projection, caused by multiple things and engineered for years. I don't believe that footage is faked or a hoax. Instead there are often some tv series made to mud the waters, no I'm not talking about x-files because that is one exception that can often make you see what's going on if you connect two and two together.
Fact is, often what happens even in this time and age when people have cameras and phones. They record something but often they get sabotaged and cannot post what they've seen, threatened or experimented on in some cases, leading them to believe they had hallucinations or other explanations when they get silently drugged later. In the end the evidence gets lost or is branded as hoax while often real hoaxes are believed in and propagated.
Think about it.
