Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.
I'll never understand how inexperienced crane operators are allowed to do this type of thing. Load was too high for what they were doing, no tie off rope, swinging over the side with a heavy load which pretty much made the counter-weight (the truck) useless.

I think they are slightly bugged in Riften. I once witnessed a guard spotting a thief. What followed looked like the courtyard fight between Neo and Smiths in 2nd Matrix movie, except the thief died. Then all the guards left the scene like that:
