Nope, they'd still be out on the streets because they're not 18. And idiots like these then go on to ruin whole neighbourhoods.

I don't know about it being an exclusively capitalistic thing. It's as if people have just given up in general, there are no safety nets, parents have given up on their children, society gives them the index finger and this somehow gives them the right to beat up, rape and kill.

Idiots isn't the right word pal. Someone would murder them. No matter the age after they know what they can do, bet police would let this one slip away after all they've done to the population and cops. They'd be dead, if not dead, well, dead. For you I don't know, they're French for sure, I don't know for this country, but if you take a place like for example... Detroit or LA, hell even HERE where I live, they'd be burned in no time.

5 Easy step to get a bullet in your flesh:

1) Wear these silly coats in the street.
2) Start GTA massacre like your life depends on it.
3) Get known with these coats.
4) Wear the same coats every time your crew starts massacre.
5) Get killed or severely wounded.

Let's get back to topic. ;)
BTW, yeah the song was kind of nice, just the video that doesn't give that... tasty juice favor.
