Not from my point of view. Single player is for atmosphere, online is for atmosphere + text chat (hence I spectate a lot).

Also, the Funleague week 3 vid was hilarious. "Somebody get our flag back!"

Are you saying that people actually congregated in an IRC channel and draft-picked players for the teams? Otherwise, it's just a public server game and not a PUG match. A PUG really means--"Clan-match-style (p)ick(u)p (g)ame"--a game that is organized and feels like a formal clan match but that is organized spontaneously and without fixed clan teams. In a PUG match two captains draft-pick the players for their teams and they normally then get on voice comm and play at a password-protected server with assigned player positions, etc. It is very different from a game open to the general public on a public server.

I don't mean to be an ass, I just wanted to point out what exactly a "pug" is.

Yes it is exactly that. Only we do random "fair" teams rahter than two captains picking the players.

What do you guys use to record all those things? I can never get good quality, smooth framerate in game, smooth framerate in recording and not overloading my HDD all at the same time...
