So it would first appear. But I've seen someone do a very stylish looking move to get up there. He threw his gun up onto the roof first, and then made the jump. It looked very professional I had to admit

Of course, when I tryed this, I ran out of staminia trying to make the jump, and had to play the rest of the round with only an m9
